The Senior Director of Finance & Growth is responsible for planning a sustainable growth trajectory for LearningLeaders over the next 18 months - 3 years. You will focus on optimizing the value we deliver to the customers through our learning experiences, ensuring more money flows in than out, and protecting our upside through legal and risk management while doing so. You will guide a small team with big impact.
LearningLeaders semester (Fall and Spring) fellowship positions are suitable for current college students and recent graduates. The semester fellowship is a multidisciplinary program that will last a minimum of 3 months. Throughout the semester, you will have the opportunity to take on a variety of roles, which can include, but are not limited to, the teams listed above. You are not expected to be proficient in all these potential assignments before the start of the program, as the best growth experiences come from diversity of work and exposure to new challenges.
